2x4 Wine Rack
Select a 2x4 in good shape. Cut to desired length.
Mark as many half circles along the edge as will fit or as you think you will need for your
wine bottles. You can use the lid from a jar or any other round object to trace around halfway, for the 'scoops'.

Temporarily nail a thin board,
about 3/4 inch or less, along the underside of the 2x4 opposite the marked 'scoops'.

Cut out the scoops with a band saw or jigsaw.

Remove the thin board and sand the entire project.

Set on edge with 'scoops' up, on counter. Lay bottles in 'scoops'.

Picture shows plastic pop bottles as I was out of wine bottles!
